That's OK. Power Up is written and taught by Dr. Jenna, a PhD scientist and researcher with a very neurodivergent brain who couldn't find the resources she needed.

Join Dr. Jenna for Power Up: Solutions & Strategies for Women with ADHD, a four-unit course to:

- Create your individualized plan to integrate calming your mind skills and tools into your daily life.
