Interactive Community Space
The goal of the collective is to support women who are suffering and the interactive community space serves as a common area for women to engage in connection with other women who have similar experiences. It is through these connections that women can seek and/or provide their lived experiences with the goal of helping each other.
Join other women experiencing similar symptoms and learn and grow together! Together with Dr. Jenna foster this sense of community in monthly coffee chats, an online forum and more!

Coffee Chats & ‘Open Mic’ Discussion Sessions
The Midlife ADHD collective will host monthly meet-ups in a variety of formats including coffee chats and ‘open mic’ discussion of topics and solutions. The goal of these sessions is to share information about our experiences and our solutions, all while connecting and supporting each other to combat isolation and distress.
These monthly sessions showcase women helping women at its finest!

Growing Course Library
Dr Jenna’s courses are all about solutions that will improve your day to day quality of life. The courses present science-based and peer-reviewed information about ADHD and perimenopause, followed by information about therapies and treatments. Specific attention is paid to how, when and why to use different solutions for different symptoms.
All courses include resources and workbooks so you can save your insights and your progress for reflection at any time. There are optional tutorial sessions with Dr. Jenna to support your learning, clarify issues, answer questions, and discuss and share your thoughts and feelings.
The course library is in a state of growth, with upcoming courses in development.

Weekly Productivity Booster Sessions
Productivity (on any task or project) can greatly improve if there is real-time accountability to stay on task and avoid distractions.
Productivity Booster Sessions (also known as co-working or body doubling) is a very simple strategy where a person with ADHD works while having another person beside them. This other person can be in the same room or virtual (like a zoom meeting) and is working at the same time without any conversation or distraction there is no conversation, only work.
The Midlife ADHD Collective will meet weekly on Zoom from 9am MST | 11am EST | 4pm UK for an 1 hour and 30 mins for Productivity Booster Sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to get some work done, in a safe and productive environment, whether or not it's for your job, your home life or your passion project.
The Productivity Booster Sessions are on a drop in basis and the Zoom link is posted in the Midlife ADHD Collective Online Community Space. There is no need to register.

Deep Dive Workshops
The Midlife Collective will host bi-monthly two day ‘Deep Dive’ workshops on topics of interest. If you have a topic that you'd like to discuss, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
Each workshop is designed to help you build your skills and resilience for a specific ADHD symptom.

Evergreen Resources
Resources for any Dr. Jenna Dunlop products will be available to members of the Collective with no deadline. As new resources and materials are developed, they will be added to this library of helpful materials.
Resources include 20+ ADHD and perimenopausal self-care and solutions-oriented tools and user manuals; scientific references; book and article summaries; micro-courses + materials, and much more!
